The area is defined by 195 to the west and the alley south of Broad Street to the north, Harrison Street to the east  and the alley south of Main Street

The good news is there are fewer available houses on the market and more houses under contract!

Single Family houses - Currently there are 88 active listings in the Fan and Museum District. In the past 30 days there have been 18 houses that have gone under contract and there have been 5 closed transactions.  

Condominiums - Currently there are 63 active condominium listings in the Fan and Museum District. In the past 30 days 17 condos have gone under contract and there have been 3 closed condo transactions.

Multi Unit properties - Currently there are 18 multi unit properties on the market. In the past 30 days 10 properties have gone under contract and there has been 1 closed sale.

Single Family houses - There were 101 active listings in the Fan and Museum District. In this time period  12 houses went under contract and there were 9 closed transactions.  

Condominiums - There were 75 active condominium listings in the Fan and Museum District. In this time period  18 condos went under contract and there were 6 closed condo transactions.

Multi Unit properties - There was 1 multi unit property on the market. In this time period 1 properties went under  contract and there were no closed sales.
